Executive Pastry Chef Brian Yurkois has over 16 years of hospitality experience. He is an award winning pastry chef having worked at The Clocktower, Musket Room, Public, and Saxon and Parole. You can find him in his spare time in the pit at a metal show or taking in some art or sculpture around the city, always with a cocktail in hand.
